At COULEUR + BLINDÉ, our main goal is to make you feel amazing & confident in your new fashions! If something just isn't for you, we are committed to do everything in our power to find something that is.

Please look over your order as soon as your receive it. If for some reason you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us at the store within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or missing items from your order, please contact us at the store as soon as possible so we can correct the mistake in a quick manner!

The simple break-down for returns:

• Regular priced items may be exchanged ONLY for a store credit or another item. Refunds will not be issued. 
• All exchanges must be received within 21 days of the date your order is shipped.
• Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE & is not eligible for exchange.
• Exchanged items must remain unwashed, un-worn & all tags must still be attached.
• Return shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
• Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
